About Ellen

Since beginning her practice in 1975, Ms. Maycock has practiced in the areas of family law and commercial litigation.  At the current time, her practice is limited to family law.  Ms. Maycock has appeared in state and federal courts and has also served as a mediator and arbitrator.

    Ms. Maycock brings to her family law practice a unique perspective, coupling zealous client representation with sensitivity and appreciation of the long-range needs of families in transition.  Ms. Maycock has experience dealing with substantial marital estates, professional degrees and practices, complex custody issues and all aspects of divorce.  Ms. Maycock is highly respected in the legal community for her contributions to the legal profession, as well as her professional success.
