About Jack

Jack G. Hanley joins the firm's commercial and corporate law practice groups. Prior to joining Kruse Landa Maycock & Ricks, Mr. Hanley attended Yale University (where he graduated in only three years), and the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Hanley's skills include:

  • business planning and structuring, entity selection and formation, contract preparation and review, and compliance with federal and state securities laws
  • structuring complex mergers, securities offerings and acquisitions
  • integrating securities, corporate law and financial reporting requirements with tax planning
  • preparing ongoing disclosures to stockholders and the investment community 

Mr. Hanley is focused on sensitivity to business issues in his approach to legal questions.
