About Paula

Paula W. Faerber joins the firm's member of the firm's commercial and corporate law practice groups. Prior to joining Kruse Landa Maycock and Ricks, Ms. Faerber was employed by the State of Utah, Division of Securities, as a staff attorney and as a member of the Corporate Finance Section. As a former securities regulator, Ms. Faerber brings a unique perspective to our commercial and corporate law practice groups. Ms. Faerber's skills and expertise include:

• state securities law
• blue sky issues
• registration and exemption filings
• preparation and review of disclosure documents
