In his private practice, Mr. Loosle litigates in both state and federal courts on a variety of commercial and business disputes. 

Mr. Loosle's specialized litigation skills include:

  • State and federal securities litigation
  • investigation of concealed and dissipated assets
  • fraud litigation
  • corporate governance disputes
  • disputes involving closely-held businesses
  • representation of creditors asserting secured and other claims against bankruptcy estates
  • bankruptcy recovery actions, including preferential and fraudulent transfers under the provisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and state law
  • denial of discharge litigation

Mr. Loosle represents clients at the appellate and trial level, in both state and federal court.
